Common Housing Registration Form
If you wish to apply for social rented housing in Clackmannanshire you only need to complete 1 Registration Form to give you access to the Housing Waiting Lists of Clackmannanshire Council and Ochil View Housing Association.
Working in this way will give applicants a single point of access to apply for housing.
We also ask that you complete a Housing Preference form which helps us to match you with the kind of housing you want, and tells us the areas you want to live in. This form is also available below.
