Local Outcomes Improvement Plan (LOIP)
This plans sets out the vision of the Clackmannanshire Alliance for the next 10 years. It aligns and integrates the numerous Community Planning partnership plans, duties and responsibilities set out in statute. It replaces our previous plan the Local Outcomes Improvement Plan (LOIP) 2017-2027.
