Planning Enforcement Charter
The Planning Enforcement Charter explains the work of the Council's Development Service.
It describes the investigation work that takes place, what we take into account in deciding whether there is a breach of planning control and what further action is appropriate.
The Charter also tells you the standards of service you can expect and what to do if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
