Clackmannanshire Licensing Board - Statement of Policy - Gambling Act 2005
The Gambling Act 2005 creates a new system of licensing and regulation for commercial gambling in the United Kingdom. Amongst other changes, it gives to local authorities new and extended responsibilities to license premises for gambling.
Gambling Act 2005 - Draft Statement of Policy 2016 to 2019
The Licensing Board is required to update the statement of policy every three years. The Board has amended the Statement of Policy to take account of changes since 2012. The statement of policy was approved by the Licensing Board on 15 August 2017 and is available below.
