This service can be used for paying Clackmannanshire Council your Council Tax, Business Rates, Fixed Penalty Notices, School Payments, Housing Repairs, a Planning Application, Registrars fees, Rent, Sport Development Enrolment fees or to settle a Sundry Invoice.

Once you click on the 'Make a payment' button below you will be taken through three simple steps:
1. The Service, Account or Reference Number, Amount to pay.
Please select a service from the drop down list. Enter the service account or reference number. Enter the amount you wish to pay. If paying a sundry invoice, please do not enter 'CC' alongside the reference number. Then select 'Add service'. The screen will refresh. The total of the transaction is displayed.
2. Add another service. Proceed to payment.
If you have another payment to make, follow step 1 again. [Repeat as many times as necessary. Each subsequent payment will increase the total.] When finished select 'Proceed to payment'. Please provide your credit or debit card details and your name and address. These details are required to allow us to protect you against credit card fraud.
3. Your receipt.
Once your payment has been successfully completed a receipt will be displayed which you can print for your records. If you provided an email address in step 2 this receipt will also be sent to you via email.
Customers are encouraged, where possible to sign up to Direct Debit to make payments directly from their bank or building society accounts.
