Surgeries

Councillor Earle holds a weekly surgery on a Friday in Hawkhill Community Centre, Alloa between 2pm and 3pm. The last surgery will be Friday 13th December 2024 and will re-start again on Friday 10th January 2025.

Councillor Earle also holds a weekly surgery on a Saturday in Alloa Academy between 10am and 11am (PLEASE NOTE: no surgery will be held on the FIRST SATURDAY of every month until further notice).
The last surgery for 2024 will be held on 14th December 2024. They will re-start again on 11th January 2025.

The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc (Scotland) Act 2000 introduced an ethical framework to Scotland. One of the key elements of this new act is the Councillors Code of Conduct, which underlines a strong commitment to the promotion of high standards in public life. Section 4 of the Code sets out the categories of interests, financial and otherwise that Councillors must declare. In line with legislation a copy of the Register of Interests for Clackmannanshire Councillors is also available for public inspection at the Council Headquarters in Kilncraigs Alloa, FK10 1EB.
