Disabled Persons Blue Badge Application Forms
If for some reason you are unable to use the online application form function, you can download Blue Badge application forms below.
The Blue Badge will continue to be issued for a period of up to 3 years.
The fee structure for minor roadworks consent permits is detailed in the Roads and Transportation Fee Scale. Works not completed within the dates specified on the permits may be subject to additional charges.
