Neil's Hugs Foundation Support Groups

We have created a number of spaces within the community for people to come along to and chat about how they're feeling and feel listened to and supported.

All groups take place at Lime Tree House, Alloa unless otherwise stated.

• Mondays, 11am-1pm
  • Women's support group
• Tuesdays, 7-9pm
  • Men's support group
• Second and third Wednesday of each month, 5.30pm
  • Support group for women living with neurodiversity
• Thursdays, 6-7.30pm
  • Bereaved by suicide family and friends group
• Sundays, 12noon-2pm - gardening group
  • Wimpy Park, Pine Grove, Alloa
